EMERGENCY FIRST AID WORKSHOP
Free workshops available throughout March
We have organised a set of FREE EM Aid Awareness Workshops
These workshops are not a qualification, nor are they to take the place of a refresher course, itβs basically to give people the opportunity to observe, gain practical experience and confidence after watching the online IFAiF ( EM Aid Course).
Emergency First Aid Awareness is a workshop that teaches people how to respond to life-threatening or limb-threatening medical emergencies.
It's also known as First Responder Training.
Each workshop will cover;
- recognising an injury or illness
- signs and symptoms of life threatening conditions and potential first aid initial management know the difference between a breathing and non breathing player a
- able to perform CPR and use an AED
- ask questions.
These will be held at the Hubs;
