We delivered our first Female Coach Development Programme on Tuesday 9^th November to 15 female coaches linked to numerous clubs from across the County. The session was delivered by Suey Smith (Coach Development Officer- Women and Girls) supported by Billy Horn (Female Coach Mentor) around ‘The role of others’. The evening was a great opportunity to network with other female coaches from around the County, develop their knowledge on and off the pitch and share their experiences with each other.
