As part of our drive to provide equality of opportunity, promote inclusion and improve diversity in grassroots football we ask everyone to complete the following anonymous survey to allow us to obtain a clear picture about those involved in grassroots football across our region (please click on the relevant link below to complete the online survey)

Football is ‘For All’ and Durham FA want to ensure that the opportunities we offer remain relevant to participants.

It is also important for us to know whether we need to further broaden our offer and improve our range of services to help under-represented groups to get involved. 
We also need to ensure we continue to help everyone already involved. 

The survey will let us know who is currently involved which will allow Durham County FA to plan for the future in conjunction with our Inclusion And Advisory Group (IAG).
